I fell down on Monday. Hit my head. My first ambulance ride. Neck brace. Now I've got a kink in my neck. Vicodin is my friend. The president of Iran is the biggest moron I've ever encountered. More than you-know-who, even, and he was a tough act to follow. Gotta have surgery on my shoulder for the dislocations. Too much stuff! Too much stuff!!!
